House is a 3 bedroomed maisonette on Belvoir Rd with panoramic views across Bristol. The available room is a large double size room, approx. 4.5m x 3.5m. for single occupancy. It has stripped wood floors and neutral decor. There is a large shared lounge 4.5m x 5.2m. and an additional 2 communal rooms. One of these is a good sized store room and the other is currently used as a shared office but we are open-minded about its use. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is recently refitted. Gas central heating. Easy on-street parking within a minute's walk. The room has a bed, wardrobe, shelving, desk and office chair but most of this can go if you have your own furniture. There is a two-seater sofa that can go in the room if desired as well as some other bits and bobs. The rent for the available room is £460 per month INCLUDING ALL BILLS. (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, Virgin broadband.) It is not possible to apply for council tax excemption so please bear this in mind if you are eligible. Proof of income and references will be required. Terms are rent paid to the end of the initial month plus the following month's rent in advance. One month's notice on leaving. Therefore if you move in on the 1st of the month you'll pay £920 and then start paying £460 one month later. You don't pay when you give your month's notice to leave. There is no further deposit nor agency fee. There is currently myself, Stephen (40ish) and Olivia (25ish) living in the house (we are not a couple). I am a bit of an old hippy. Into live music. I festival a lot in the summer. I work regular Mon-Fri daytimes and tend to be quiet and unadventurous during the week. I like to enjoy myself a bit and party at the weekend. I go running when I have the time and like to keep in reasonable shape physically and mentally. Olivia is an actress and singer. Her work hours are a little more erratic. She has similar interests but is perhaps a little more holistic/alternative. We prefer the house to be a 'shared house' rather than three people living in different rooms. I'ts fine for guests/partners to stay occasionally provided it doesn't become too regular and there is agreement from all housemates before the lounge is used as a guest bedroom. Ideally, you will work daytimes away from home to keep the heating costs down in the winter and not be too much of a party-animal on weeknights. There is no minimum term beyond the first two months but we will give preference to those who are looking for a longer term.
