The two floors had been home to a large gym but lay dormant for years, finally acquired by Meanwhile Creative in April 2014. Following a lick of paint and a few partition walls, the building was quickly populated with Bristol’s creative and entrepreneurial folk. The project enjoys a good community spirit and relaxed atmosphere amongst tenants making it a perfect environment for informal networking and collaboration. Around one hundred people use the facility including designers, developers, photographers, fashion brands, charities and musicians.
